How to make a job card here
- Type your shop once. Name, address, phone, GSTIN if registered and UPI ID. They print on every job card and bill.
- Book the item in. Customer and phone, then the item: type, make, model, registration or serial or IMEI, odometer for vehicles, what came with it and its condition. Write the complaint in the customer’s words.
- Give an estimate and a date. Type the estimate, the promised date and the technician. Print the job card in two copies and get the customer’s signature on the terms.
- Track the job. Change the status as work moves: in progress, waiting for parts, ready. "Open jobs" lists every job not yet delivered, oldest promise first.
- Add parts and labour. Each line is a part (at its own GST rate) or labour (repair service, SAC 9987). A warning shows when the bill goes more than 10% over the estimate.
- Bill and deliver. Set the status to Delivered: the record prints as a service bill. Mark it paid, or leave the balance due; send the customer a WhatsApp message in one tap.

Is this job card maker free?
Yes. Job cards, service bills, the open jobs board, printing and sharing are free, with no login and no limit.
Can I use it for a garage?
Yes. Choose Vehicle as the type to record registration number and odometer, and add parts and labour lines.
Does it work for mobile and laptop repair?
Yes. Record the IMEI or serial number, accessories and condition, and the complaint, then bill parts and service.
How is GST shown on the bill?

Can I give two copies?

How do I know which jobs are pending?
Press "Open jobs": every job not yet delivered, sorted by promised date, late ones highlighted.
Can I message the customer?
Yes. "WhatsApp the customer" opens a ready message for received or ready-for-pickup jobs. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
Where is my data kept?
In this browser on this device, shared with the other Nivesh Sahayak tools through my.niveshsahayak.in. Nothing is sent to us. Save a backup file regularly.
